Learn to develop, implement and manage a food safety/sanitation program
This popular seminar provides vital information for food plant managers and employees responsible for producing safe legal food.

AIB designed the course based on the topics most requested by our customers and the questions our audit staff receives most frequently.

The course helps you stay ahead of the requirements prescribed in the Food Safety Modernization Act, customer requirements, the Global Food Safety Initiative, and other audit schemes.

AIB’s instructors provide an in-depth review of the concepts a food safety professional must know to keep our food supply safe.

Who should attend

This course was designed for the benefit of food plant managers and food safety employees.

In addition to the workshop manual, participants receive AIB International’s Consolidated Standards for Inspection: Prerequisite and Food Safety Programs, as well as the PCT Field Guide for the Management of Structure-Infesting Beetles and other useful information.Travelers should allow additional space in their luggage for workshop materials.
