Through my collegues, I learned about two highly visible Pioneer candidate companies, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters and Tim's Cascade Snacks.
With the help of their HR representatives, I was able to visit these two companies, both located near Sumner Washington. Last week, during my initial on-site visits, I was overwhelmed by the culture of employee involvment. Tim's has won the Washington Business Assocations' Best Places to Work and for good reason.
Green Mountain, who purchase Tully's last year, is a national company with great cultural values supporting their employee base.
