			<description><![CDATA[<h2><strong>Employee Suggestion Programs</strong></h2>
<p><strong>By Glenn Felix, IPC</strong><br /><br />One of the more effective ways companies can pursue innovation and continuous improvement in its operations is by engaging employees in that challenge.  And one of the more proven means for doing that excitingly is via a well-designed and persistently driven and maintained employee suggestion program.<br /><br />The key ingredient here is that phrase “persistently driven and maintained.”  But before throwing out words to that end, let’s first review some overall elements of a successful program.</p>
