The Executive Business Summit is an exclusive event which brings together leaders and executives from NWFPA Food Processor Member companies who are looking for interactive sessions and networking opportunities to stimulate discussion and collaboration on the most important and thought-provoking issues of the day.

Participation is by invitation only and strictly limited to Food Processors, their guests, speakers and representatives of eight co-sponsoring Supplier Member Companies. NWFPA understands that networking is one of the primary reasons to attend the Executive Business Summit, so ample time is dedicated to facilitating opportunities to establish new connections and enhance existing relationships.

If you are looking for a compelling agenda to address issues shaping our collective future, innovative solutions, and plenty of time for networking, the Executive Business Summit is designed specifically to meet your needs.

The Thursday general session will feature Issue Manager Briefings and a look at Industry Hot Topics including government affairs, environmental affairs, operations and technical affairs, food safety, rural competitiveness initiative, energy management, sustainability and innovation clusters Thursday evening, the group will have the rare opportunity to network at the Resort owner's Stanley Hill Estate. Activities will follow back at the Resort including the popular "Fireside Chat" where topical discussions continue into the night.

Friday will start with the NWFPA Annual Membership Meeting and then delve into Key Strategic Issues during the general session. Spouse/guests may opt to head to the magnificent Davenport Hotel in Spokane for Docent-lead tour and Friday morning brunch. In the afternoon, the annual Scramble Golf Tournament will tee off on the resort course featuring the world's only floating green. For total relaxation, or to get ready for the night's activities, enjoy a Spa Experience including lunch or, walk across the street into the town of Coeur d'Alene and enjoy the shopping or a gallery tour on Friday afternoon.




The official installation of new officers will take place during the "Venetian Masquerade" Reception and Dinner Friday evening. Make a mask there (materials provided) or bring your own to the festivities. Semi-formal attire suggested. Prizes awarded.

The concluding general session on Saturday morning will examine emerging issues and help companies address the challenges and opportunities ahead. After the meetings adjourn at noon on Saturday, join in the second annual post-event BBQ to enjoy the company of your peers before heading out.
