The Seafood Products Association in co-operation with the Food and Drug Administration and NOAA Seafood Inspection Program is pleased to bring you Salmon School 2012, February 28th and 29th.
This is a hands-on workshop. All participants will be expected to become fully involved with seafood evaluation techniques. After registrants have been guided through various evaluation procedures and demonstration packs, they will be given several test packs and asked to make their own quality judgments. Their evaluations will be compared with those of other participants and course instructors.
Participants should wear clothing and shoes suitable for handling seafood.
