Food Processing Management Certificate Program

Fees

You may choose to take a single module or the complete certificate program.  Program fees are as follows:

• Enroll in the complete certificate program (3 modules):  $2400
• Enroll in a single module:  $900 per module.

The pricing structure is reviewed annually.  Any changes in program fees will be posted a minimum of six months prior to the new fees taking effect.

To ensure the best experience while taking the program, you must have:

• An active Email account
• A High Speed Internet connection (Netscape 3.01 or higher or Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher)
• Microsoft Word
• Adobe Acrobat Reader
• Flash Player - (the video lectures will be in Flash format)

The technology skills you will need to succeed in this course are a basic familiarity with your Web browser, email, word processing, and the ability to locate specific information on the Internet. You must also know or learn how to use Blackboard courseware.
